* Article 15: General Conference (APPA Annual Congress)

Part (1):

The Association commences a scientific meeting annually. The date and the venue are defined by the General Assembly one year in advance based on suggestions of Research Council which, in its part, defines the meeting logistics. The Association President gives full authority to the Local Conference Organizing Committee and the Research Selection Committee.

Part (2):

An Advisory Committee is formed to organize any additional meetings needed to discuss any coming matters within the framework of the Association. This Advisory Committee submits a report of each meeting to the Secretary General.
