* Article 12: Formulation of Committees
Part (1):
The Association has some Committees carrying specific responsibilities of an advisory nature, or a supportive one.
Part (2):
Committees are formed by decisions of the Executive Committee. Those formed otherwise will not be recognized.
Part (3):
Each Committee appoints a Chairman and a Secretary General elected by the Committee, or named by the Association President.
* Article 13: Mode of Functioning the Committees
Part (1):
Each Committee defines in writing the mode of operating its work in a manner consistent with its responsibility and adopted by the Executive Committee.
Part (2):
The Secretary General of each Committee submits the minutes of its meetings to the Secretary General of the Association promptly to ratify it by the administration.
Part (3):
The Chairman of each Committee submits an annual report on its activities to Secretary General of the Association. This report may be submitted to the General Assembly upon the request of the Association President.
* Article 14: Standing Committees of the Association
Part (1):
Membership Committee
Consists of four members for three years. After three years, two new members are appointed to replace the previous ones. This Committee submits applications for Association membership and the Chairman of the Committee submit names of all applicants to the President of the Association to get approval for those eligible for membership.
Part (2):
Publications Committee:
Consists of four members for three years, nominated by the Committee. After three years, two new members are appointed to replace two of the previous ones. This Committee is responsible for printing of events that progress in the Association meetings.
Part (3):
Conferences Organizing Committee
In the General Assembly former meeting, the authorized conference Chairman forms a Local Conference Organizing Committee in the hosting country. The Chairman of the Conference is directly responsible to Association President and Executive Committee.
