* Article (7): General Assembly
Part (1):
The General Assembly is composed of all Association members. It is called for meeting at least every two years by the Chairman of the Board. It can be commenced simultaneously with the annual conference. All members may attend the meeting, however, only Staff Members are entitled to vote. The President of the Council sets the agenda of the meeting upon the proposal of Secretary General. Related issues may be raised for discussion by members by providing a written request to President or Secretary General at least two weeks before the meeting.
The report of the President, the Secretary General, and Cash keeper of the Association is presented during the General Assembly meeting. The report of the subcommittees heads are the subject of other meetings of the Council and forwarded to by the President.
Part (2)
In event of urgent causes, the Association President may call for an extraordinary meeting providing that he sends invitations and business agenda at least fourteen days prior to meeting.
Part (3):
The Association President may invite the General Assembly to an extraordinary meeting upon a written request of a third of the members, providing that he sends invitations and business agenda at least fourteen days prior to meeting.
Part (4):
Decisions are made by a majority of those present and do not require a minimum attendance of members to hold a General Assembly meeting.
* Article 8: The Executive Committee responsibilities
Part (1):
The President is the executive director of the Association, and serves a term of two years only. His responsibility to respect and implement regulations and procedures, call for meetings, coach dialogues of the Bureau and Executive Committee and General Assembly, formulate proposals and ballot certificates, and finally announce decisions.
Part (2):
The Vice President carries all the President's responsibilities or any of them in case of his absence or apology or sequestration.
Part (3):
The Secretary General sets the meetings timetable of the Bureau and the Executive Committee and the General Assembly. He is also responsible for records-keeping, organizing administrative meetings, recording minutes of meetings, writing reports on the printed or written correspondence sent on behalf of Association, recording documents, contacting other committees and associations in line with the Association President instructions, as well as coordinating communications between the Council and any other committee.
Part (4):
The Treasurer carries the responsibility of all financial affairs of the Association, receive membership fees, ending membership in case of failure to pay, keeping the records of all financial matters, providing (upon request) an annual report to the President and the Executive Committee, and also providing the provision of financial statements after the ratification of the team chosen by the Council.
* Article 9: Executive Committee Meetings
Part (1):
The President call Executive Committee for a meeting periodically either in time of General Assembly meetings or any other time as needed. The meeting is legitimate by at attendance of at least half the members including the President or his deputy. Decisions are taken by absolute majority of those present, and in case of even decisions, it is likely to validate the President decision.
Part (2):
The Secretary General of Association, in coordination with President, prepares business agenda for Executive Committee and documents the minutes of their meetings.
Part (3):
Executive Committee resolutions are mandatory to the Directorate Commission.
*Article 10: The Administrative Body Meetings
Part (1):
The President calls The Administrative Body for a meeting as needed bases to discuss various Association affairs, and make the necessary executive decisions. The Administrative Body Meeting becomes legal by attendance of members, at least of whom, the President or Vice President. Decisions are taken by absolute majority of those present, and in case of even decisions, it is likely to validate the President decision.
* Article 11: Financial Affairs
Part (1):
Each member of Association is to pay annual subscription defined by the Executive Committee.
Part (2):
Association receives 25% of the net profits of scientific conferences organized or sponsored by it.
Part (3):
Association deposits its assets at an international account in free transferable currency. Only the President and Treasurer signatures are accountable.
Part (4):
The Association spends on various activities based on the general decisions taken by the Executive Committee, or based on the Association approval in some case.
