Part (1):
The word "Association" here means Arab Pediatric Pulmonology Association.
Part (2):
The word "Arab" here means all Arab countries.
* Article 2: The Legal Structure
Part (1):
Arab Pediatric Pulmonology Association is renowned scientific institution in Arab countries. It is a non-profit organization. Its power, responsibilities, members, and all matters related to the management and regulation of their affairs are subjected to the provisions of the foundation General law and Internal Regulation of the Association.
Part (2):
In their interrelationships: this list defines all the rules and regulations related to the Association and are obligatory to all members. It may be amended upon recommendation of the Executive Committee (Article 5) to the General Assembly (Article 8). This amendment becomes effective by a positive vote of 50% of members cast their votes in the Association Meeting.
Part (3):
The Association receives, conserves, and utilizes financial funds and donations in behave of those purposes described in the regulation list.
Part (4):
In the event of liquidation of the founders, the Executive Committee sells all assets under the terms mentioned in the Regulation list and after payment of all commitments.
*Article 3: The Objectives
Part (1):
Association aims to:
A - Promote and improve education and research on pediatric pulmonary diseases and related health care issues in Arab countries.
B - Find field practice of clinical work in this area of specialty, and create an environment of close cooperation and exchange of clinical experiences.
C - Encourage and assist the foundation of new pediatric pulmonary centers in the Arab countries especially where does not have one.
D - Study the causes of common pulmonary diseases and methods of treatment and prevention.

The discussion of clinical experience, surgical impacts, empirical studies, and matters that are religious, legal, and ethical in nature, as well as matters related to common pediatric pulmonary problems in Arab States through the society magazine, conferences and symposia organized by the Association.
