The Scientific Committee invites authors to submit abstracts for consideration and inclusion in the Scientific Programme not later than on July 31, 2010 . The abstracts will be included in the APPA Congress handout, which will be distributed at the meeting.
Please find below instructions for preparation and submission of abstracts.
1- Method of Submission as (ON-LINE)
All abstracts can be sent on-line see ( ON-LINE ABSTRACT SUBMISSION below)).
After reading these instructions, complete the the Abstract Submission online. Please send your abstract(s) by clicking on the button below.
2- Method of Submission as (OFF-LINE)
In case if you are unable to send your abstract on-line, abstracts can be submitted via e-mail as an attachment to the chairman of the scientific Commiittee at this e mail dnizar@gmail.com
Abstracts Submission Rules
- A submitting author of an abstract will automatically become a presenting author.

Abstracts Submission Instructions
- Abstracts must be in English
- Submitted abstracts must be original. Abstracts previously published or presented at an international scientific meeting cannot be submitted.
- Graphs and pictures can be inserted as JPG, GIF or PNG image formats only
- Please fill in the submitting author¡¦s name and e-mail address properly - these contact details will serve for further correspondence with the author(s) - Indicate whether you prefer your abstract to be presented as an oral or poster

Please use 11 point Ariel font and single line spacing throughout the entire abstract.
Type the full title of the abstract in bold and BLOCK CAPITALS inside the top of the grid.
Below the title, type the author(s) name(s), and corresponding affiliation(s). Using the following structure:
§ for author(s) name(s): first name initial(s) followed by the surname. Separate names by commas.
§ for corresponding affiliation(s): Department, Institution, City, Country. Separate affiliations by semicolons.
Leave one blank line before typing the body of the text, which should be single-spaced. Use structured subheadings as follows:
§ Objective:
§ Methods:
§ Results:
§ Conclusions:
If you wish, you may reproduce your results in the form of tables or figures, but please be aware that they will be reduced to 70% of there actual size while published and should be included only if still clearly legible at this rate of reduction.
Important notes:
The grid measures are 130 mm by 180 mm. Your abstract should not exceed the stated grid area. The printing process may not pick up any material, which is outside the grid.
Please be aware that direct reproduction form your printed copy will mean that any errors in spelling, grammar or scientific fact will be reproduced exactly as you type them.

Methods: The abstract text can be written using a computer with a word processing program. The font used is Ariel 11 points with the title in block capitals. Results: By following these directions, a nice looking abstract can be obtained with interesting results to be presented at the congress.
Conclusions: Believe it or not, with careful word selection your most interesting results and conclusions can be presented within the given space. If you are unable to replace the text in this box with your own abstract, please use a blank Word document and type your text in a space 130 mm width (5.12 inches) by 180 mm height (7.09 inches).
